Our technology improves your use of data and reduce your business risk by eliminating most of the manual aspects of data processing. You can transfer data from HR and Payroll systems to provide a hub for benefit management and MI reporting.

Some of the data functionality includes:

Upload / Download tool

This enables you to transfer data from your HR, Payroll and other related systems into the technology, which can be done automatically and as frequently you require. The data will then be processed to ensure the same information is held on those different systems. This can include employee’s personal and salary details and joiners/leavers.

Static data uploader

Data can be imported from other systems and combined with the data already held. This enables you to use the technology as a mail merge tool to produce employee communications. These are held digitally in the employee’s records.

Examples can include pay review letters, contracts of employment, P60s and P11Ds.
