Howard is delighted to lead the Vested team during this exciting phase in our development. The medium and larger SME market is seeking a more modern approach to employee benefits, which lends itself to the opportunities that technological and digital solutions can deliver – core foundations of the Vested offering.

Howard’s role involves a wide variety of work including managing the business, creating new services and marketing, whilst providing advisory services to Vested clients. He has worked in financial services for nearly 25 years, which he says is quite frightening, although he acknowledges that it remains an exciting and challenging market.

Howard is a budding tennis and golf enthusiast, even though many tell him his best years are now behind him! His bucket list of adventures still to do includes white rafting down the Colorado River (through the Grand Canyon) and swimming with great white sharks in South Africa. Sounds mad, doesn’t it!

Lucy is a Senior Client Manager. She provides advisory and project services to an array of new and existing Vested corporate clients. Lucy is highly qualified and draws on her extensive experience in employee benefits to proactively engage with businesses of all sizes, and across a variety of industries.

When Vested was launched, part of the joint venture between Embark Group and Mazars, Lucy came across to the new team. She holds a Financial Planning diploma and is a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute (FPMI) designation.

On the weekend, you are likely to find Lucy relaxing with her family and friends, dancing and enjoying the odd glass of wine. We asked Lucy to name the superpower she would most like to have and why. Her response: To be able to fly – the freedom to go wherever you like and traffic free…unless of course everyone else had the same power!

Sorangi is a Senior Client Manager, which involves working with employers to establish and develop a range of benefits to meet the needs of their employees. She has built up a wealth of knowledge in financial planning and employee benefits over the past 10 years whilst working at Mazars.

Sorangi joined Vested to enhance her training and career opportunities in the employee benefits sector. She holds a degree in management and several financial planning qualifications, which enable her to support employers in recruiting, retaining and motivating their employees.

In her spare time Sorangi enjoys spending time with her family and friends and watching the football. The historical figure she most admires is Mahatma Gandhi because he fought for his beliefs and his nation’s independence without using violence.

Rob is a Senior Client Manager and consultant to corporate clients. He has 20 years’ experience in financial services, holds the CII Diploma in Financial Planning amongst other qualifications, and has worked as a consultant in the employee benefits industry for the last decade.

Rob is known for his logical approach, technical and creative expertise and adaptability – all core skills required for his current role. He joined Vested because of the quality of our organisation and for the opportunity to work with great businesses.

Food, football and music are Rob’s passions and his perfect weekend involves watching a match, followed by dinner and a gig. He also likes to keep fit, so a trip to the gym is often on the cards too. The historical figure he most admires is Isambard Kingdom Brunel for his vision, innovation and engineering skills which gave us some great landmarks – most of which are still in use today.

Kathryn is a Client Manager, working with employers to help support them with engaging employee benefits that deliver return on investment and fulfil business and reward objectives. She has 14 years’ experience in employee benefits, delivering digital employee benefits solutions and has worked with small and large corporations to help them with pensions, risk, healthcare and a wide range of voluntary benefits.

Kathryn is passionate about educating and engaging employees, and enjoys helping companies achieve their specific objectives. Kathryn joined Vested to help companies with their benefits, and really liked Vested’s passion for expert advice and digital solutions.

Tony Robbins is a huge inspiration for Kathryn, she loves to understand other’s lives and motivations and helping people is important to her. Animals are very close to Kathryn’s heart, she volunteers for a charity whose purpose is to walk dogs and foster animals for the terminally ill and elderly. Kathryn loves to sing and was the solo lead for Rock Choir at a concert at Huddersfield Town Hall.
