we're here to help.

We tackle the employee related issues that cost your business money. Absenteeism, high staff turnover, difficulty attracting and retaining talent.

we look different, because we are.

Vested is a collaboration between Embark Group and Mazars LLP.

The employee benefits market in the UK is evolving; with a shift in focus towards solutions that utilise the very latest technology. At Vested, we adopt an approach that is digital, proactive and flexible. Our main focus is the medium to large SME market (100 to 750 employees), although if we deem there is a ‘fit’ we can provide our services to businesses outside of this profile.

The companies we work share the same mindset: a desire to modernise, improve employee engagement and increase return on benefits spend. We will work with you to reinvigorate your approach, while ensuring complete alignment with your business objectives.

Our process begins by scoping the service required and agreeing on an appropriate level of remuneration. These details are confirmed prior to commencing any work, which in our experience is the fairest and best way to build long term relationships with our clients.

Howard Finch

Howard Finch

Managing Director (Scotland and National)

Howard is delighted to lead the Vested team during this exciting phase in our development. The medium and larger SME market is seeking a more modern approach to employee benefits, which lends itself to the opportunities that technological and digital solutions can deliver – core foundations of the Vested offering.

Howard’s role involves a wide variety of work including managing the business, creating new services and marketing, whilst providing advisory services to Vested clients. He has worked in financial services for nearly 25 years, which he says is quite frightening, although he acknowledges that it remains an exciting and challenging market.

Howard is a budding tennis and golf enthusiast, even though many tell him his best years are now behind him! His bucket list of adventures still to do includes white rafting down the Colorado River (through the Grand Canyon) and swimming with great white sharks in South Africa. Sounds mad, doesn’t it!

He joined Vested to enhance his ambition of reaching Director level at a successful employee benefits business, focusing closely on technology. His biggest strengths are his sense of humour, treating everyone fairly and getting the best out of people.

On the weekend, you are most likely to find Renny enjoying downtime with his family, tinkering with his car or visiting the theatre or cinema. If he could have dinner with any three people, past or present, he would invite Enzo Ferrari, James Herbert and Mary Berry. What an eclectic bunch!
